Our Services Striving to Provide You Only the Very Best
When a client receives any combination of massage, yoga, doula or herbal services, that client is holistically assessed to see what would best suit that person's needs on that day . While strict principles and Globally-recognized best practices are always followed, no person is the same as the other, and thus, accordingly, no plan or treatment or services should be the same as the other, either.
Massage

A birth doula can provide necessary, consistent and caring support and information during the intense physiological, emotional, and spiritual changes that occur during labor and delivery. Research reveals a high number of positive birthing outcomes when a doula is present at birth, such as reduced need for pain medication, a greater satisfaction in the birthing experience, and better neonatal outcomes. After the birth, a postpartum doula offers experienced care and resources for the new mom and family. Infant massage can also help
