*~ These sessions are designed to help alleviate the discomforts of pregnancy and the post-pardum period, as well as for deep relaxation.  Therapist may require written release from Health Care Provider.

*~ During the childbearing year, it is recommended that women come once a month from the beginning of pregnancy through the seventh month, twice a week during the eighth month and in the ninth month, once a week till delivery.  It is also recommended that women return at two and six weeks postpardum.  You may bring your baby.

*~ Massage package receives a 5% discount (indicated in the pricing above) when they are prepaid at the first session.  Massage packaging also available with services other than pre/post-natal.  Also ask about massage and yoga combination packages.

90 minute GeoThermal Massage .................. $ 95

*~ By utilizing heated basalt river stones and chilled marble stones, this service is excellent for promoting circulation and healing.  The stones provide broad, deep pressure that aids in the relaxation of muscle tissue and can reduce pain.  We may use essential oils with this therapy.  Not appropriate for pregnant women- Choose another wonderful spa service!

*~ When you make your reservation, please indicate that you want geothermal massage, as it takes time for the stones to heat/cool.

45 minute Reflexology Massage ................ $ 50

*~ The session begins with an exfoliating scrub and warm towels, then is followed by a relaxing pressure point foot massage.  Helpful with many health conditions.

30 minute Lymphatic Drainage for Sinus Relief ......... $ 45

60 minute Lymphatic Drainage for Sinus Relief ......... $ 65

*~ This work helps to resolve blockages in the lymphatic system, allowing relief of sinus pressure.  It involves light, rhythmic touch to the neck, face, and scalp and is very relaxing.  May be recommended as a series of visits- packaging discounts available.  This helps with with changing seasons as it can lessen the effects of allergens.  Perfect for those who suffer with allergies!
