Birthing with Massage and Yoga workshops held regularly throughout the year- the next one is December 3rd from 2-4pm at the Yoga Room in Round Rock. This birthing workshop teaches expectant parents simple techniques that lower stress and the perception of pain during labor and birth. Each stage of labor will be discussed and addressed with soothing yoga positions, breathwork, and massage. The couple will learn how to ground themselves and relax into one another, and utilize touch, pressure points and movement as tools for comfort during labor and birth.
